The Martin Bryant Innocence Project is dedicated to advocating for justice and revealing the truth behind Martin Bryant's conviction. Our amicus curiae volunteer organisation challenges the narrative of guilt surrounding the 1996 Port Arthur massacre and seeks to prove Bryant's innocence through logic, analysis of evidence, scrutiny of procedures and legal avenues.

About the Project

A platform for legal advocacy and public awareness

The Martin Bryant Innocence Project provides a platform for legal advocacy and promoting public awareness surrounding the case of Martin Bryant. We gather evidence, compile case files, and mobilise community support to push for a retrial, emphasising the importance of justice and transparency in the Tasmanian legal system.
